- Duration: The legal consultation is tied to a specific duration, and this duration must be adhered to.
- Scope: The consultation aims to provide general legal advice and assess the viability of your case. It does not include detailed legal analysis or document review.
- Confidentiality: All information shared during the consultation is confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege.
- Non-Commitment: You are not obligated to hire the attorney after the consultation. Similarly, the attorney is not obligated to accept your case.
- Preparation: Clients are encouraged to bring all relevant documents and information to the consultation to make the most of the time.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee if the consultation is paid.
- Limitations: The free consultation is available to new clients only and is limited to one session per client.
- Legal Advice: The advice provided during the consultation is based on the information you provide and is not a substitute for a full legal analysis.
- Follow-Up Communication: After the consultation, follow-up communication can be done via email or phone to address any additional inquiries.
- Future Fees: Any additional legal services after the consultation will be subject to fees that will be agreed upon in advance.
- Exceptions: Some complex cases may require a paid consultation for a detailed legal analysis.
- Availability: The consultation is subject to the attorney's availability and may require an appointment.
- Conflict of Interest: The attorney will conduct a conflict of interest check before proceeding with the consultation to ensure there is no conflict with existing clients.
- Documents: Any documents provided during the consultation will be reviewed briefly, not in detail. Detailed document review may require a paid consultation.
- Legal Representation: The consultation does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Legal representation will begin only upon signing a formal agreement.
- Jurisdiction: The advice provided during the consultation is based on the laws of the jurisdiction in which the attorney is licensed to practice.
- Language: The consultation will be conducted in the language specified at the time of booking. Translation services may be available upon request.
- Feedback: Clients may be asked to provide feedback on their consultation experience to help improve services.
- Limitations on Legal Advice: The advice provided during the consultation is preliminary and based on the initial information provided. It may not cover all aspects of the case.
- Referral Policy: If the attorney cannot accept your case, they may refer you to another attorney or legal resource that can assist you.
- Use of Technology: The consultation can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing, depending on the client's preference and availability.
- Record Keeping: Notes from the consultation may be kept for internal use to ensure continuity if you decide to proceed with legal services.

- Emergency Situations: In case of urgent legal matters, clients should inform the attorney immediately to prioritize the consultation.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information disclosed during the paid consultation. This includes any documents, discussions, and advice provided. The non-disclosure agreement will remain in effect for three years from the date of the consultation. Exceptions to this confidentiality include information already known to the public, information disclosed by a third party with the right to disclose it, and information that becomes public after the consultation without breaching this agreement.
